OPTI4Cast enables to get a detailed demand forecast and as a result out of it supply orders can be generated automatically.

On the base of utilized capacity, maximum / minimum stock level, optimum capacity, open purchase order quantity, dead stock, re-order and the sales behaviour of customer groups, supply orders can be generated automatically.

The sales behaviour of customer groups is based on analysis of the quantity of sales and the interfaces of the electronic register system or ERP. Generating consumption curves is addicted to the calculations of forecasted consumption rates as well as the consideration of Sundays and bank holidays (no deliveries possible).

Orders, generated by OPTI4Cast include delivery periods, products, amounts and additionally vehicle capacities as for example compartments, cargo capacity and general specifications.
