We see the OPTITOOL Company as a service enterprise, and that is just how we work. We offer you everything you need for your trip planning and optimisation, from consulting to project monitoring to the maintenance of your system. As a specialist in our field, we deliver quality, with regard to software as well as service.

Our sales staff will come to your location and personally show you your options with our software solutions. We’ll advise you on how you can integrate and utilise the system in your company. If you require a strategic redesign but are not looking to purchase software, we would be happy to put together an external plan.

Once you have decided on our services, we take over project management. We will consult with you and discuss all necessary and sensible steps, such that you always have an overview of the project. We will take care of the integration of the software into your IT environment and also assist you in preparing interfaces of the primary system and/or inventory management.

Even after you have implemented OPTITOOL, we will continue to assist you. Our support team is available to you by telephone as well as via remote maintenance. We will take care of the maintenance of the software and regularly supply you with updates and add-ons.

Effective immediately, we also offer the option “Software as a Service” (SaaS). For this, we will make our trip planning and optimisation software accessible to you via a secure network. You can see and operate the user interface at your location; the data is processed in our data processing centre. This enables you to save on acquisition costs as well as follow-up costs and server capacity. In addition, our service provides you with the best possible level of protection, the highest availability rate and professional backup.
