The Mobile ERP “OPTI4Driver” is installed and used on the mobile end devices of your drivers like tablets or mobile phones. The trip plan which is created and optimised by the dispatcher is sent to the driver’s tablet and displayed in a well-structured form with details on depots and customers.
The driver starts the first trip of the day, makes a departure check by processing a checklist, drives to the depot and enters the actual loading amount.
After that, OPTI4Driver navigates to each customer. When the driver is at the customer’s site, she/ he delivers the desired goods and enters the actual delivered amount in OPTI4Driver. Thanks to a simple, guided process, the driver can complete the order and drive to the next customer.
It depends on your selected OPTI4Driver package (Basic/ Advanced / Premium) which further useful functionalities are included.
